Support for the environment and our community
We have always been big advocates for doing everything we can to reduce our impact on the environment, to help and support nature to thrive, and to look after and care for our community.
We want to create a culture that enables us all to thrive in harmony with the world around us and those who share it. Our dedication to that has seen us partner with the Ocean Conservation Trust to help in their quest to increase the amount of seagrass around the British coast, and it can be seen in the rewilding projects we have undertaken, both in the grounds of our own Nash & Co offices and in neighbouring Beaumont Park. We’re also really serious about doing everything we can to get ourselves to carbon neutral by 2035.
We’re very fortunate to live and work in one of Britain’s most beautiful regions, but we’re also very aware that not everyone in our community is in a position to enjoy everything we have around us. Helping support our community means the world to us and in the past that has looked like supporting young carers in partnership with Barnado’s and Plymouth City Council, as well as supporting women and children fleeing domestic violence or recovering from abusive situations. We are proudly continuing with this work, while at the same time focusing on new ways we can help our community to thrive.

Opportunities for experienced lawyers, trainees & paralegals
We’re looking to grow Nash & Co Solicitors substantially over the next five years and to do that we need the best experienced lawyers, trainees and paralegals.
We already have a lovely reputation for looking after the people who choose to work for us and we have created a really great culture where we can all succeed together. We aren’t looking for people to work excessive hours or to sacrifice living a happy and balanced life in favour of their career. You can have both!
Part of the beauty of being based here in the South West is that we get to enjoy one of the most beautiful and diverse parts of the country every day. We can be at the beach with the kids within half an hour of finishing work, spend our Saturday nights at some of Devon’s best restaurants and our Sunday morning on Dartmoor’s wild landscape, not to mention the fact that Cornwall is right on our doorstep! There is a reason, or rather many reasons, why Plymouth is named Britain’s number one city to call home.
Now, it’s over to you. We have given you a range of information about Nash & Co Solicitors, about the work we do and the opportunities we can offer you, along with some first-hand insight into what it means to work with us from the people that already do.
