Family Care

Helen Bull, Head of the Family Care team had this to say about the team and the work that they do:

I joined Nash & Co 12 years ago and the team has grown to the extent that we now have separate public and private law teams.   We have 3 care lawyers, two of whom are on the Law Society Children Panel and have been for a number of years. 

We represent both parents and children in care proceedings and we receive instructions regularly from most, if not all, of the local Guardians to represent children.  Cheryl James concentrates on representing parents.

We deal with a lot of complex care cases, including serious non-accidental injury cases, and we regularly represent parents with learning difficulties.  Our Team is very well respected in the local area.

Our Team is a Tier 2 in the Legal 500.
