Get to know us better
Nash & Co Solicitors
We are a firm of Solicitors in Plymouth who passionately believe in giving our clients the very best client service and experience. We pride ourselves on bringing high-quality, professional, compassionate and bespoke service to every client we work with, putting client care at the forefront of everything we do. We know everyone says that, but we really mean it.
We work with clients across the city, throughout the South West, and nationally too. We’re a law firm that punches well above its weight and our client list would be the envy of much larger firms nationwide. But a law firm is only as good as its lawyers and while we are fortunate to work with some of the best legal professionals already, we’re keen to talk to more good lawyers who are looking to take the next step in their careers.
If that sounds like you and you’re interested in talking to us about opportunities at Nash & Co, please get in touch. We’d be delighted to hear from you.

Our core belief
Exceptional Client Service
Did you know that we have the highest rating and number of Google reviews of any law firm in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and most of Dorset? Everyone promises exceptional client service, but we really deliver. In fact, we have a set of promises that we make to all of our clients before we even start working with them:
1. We are always transparent about costs.
We want you to understand exactly what you’re paying for, and how much you’ll be paying for it.
2. We’ll keep things simple and understandable.
Part of our job is to take the stress out of situations for you and give you the very best advice.
The last thing in the world that you need to deal with is legal jargon, together with long, complicated explanations. We will always do our very best to give you simple and easy to understand advice and solutions to problems.
3. We’ll always be straight with you and keep you informed.
You’re paying us to do a job for you, often in fairly stressful situations.
We’ll stay in touch with you regularly. We’ll keep you updated with progress and any changes or issues along the way. You should never have to chase us.
4. You’ll get a fast, efficient and reliable service.
We will always have your best interests at heart. So, we’ll get things done as quickly and as efficiently as we can.
As a client of Nash & Co Solicitors, you will always be our number one priority.

Responsible Business
We love where we live and we take our responsibilities to both the environment and our community seriously.
Environment
We all know that the environment needs our help and that we all need to make significant changes to what we do and how we do it if we’re going minimise our impact on the planet.
In 2018, Nash & Co became the first business in the city, to sign the Surfers Against Sewage ‘plastic free’ pledge and we have been developing, improving and fine tuning our Environmental Action Plan ever since.
Plymouth is Britain’s Ocean City and so our passion for protecting the seas and oceans around us comes naturally. Their health is our focus. For the last two years, we have helped support the work of the Ocean Conservation Trust, in particular with the reintroduction and maintenance of seagrass meadows around our coasts. We’re corporate partners of Whale and Dolphin Conservation and we were one of the first businesses to sign up to Business Declares and to share in their commitment to Race to Zero.
Even our Plymouth office has the environment in mind. We’re rewilding the premises to make it friendlier and more beneficial for our local wildlife, planting wildflowers and other pollinator plants in our grounds. We have even expanded into helping rewild beautiful Beaumont Park, a place many of us here enjoy, right next to our office.
What else we’re doing to help the planet
We’re always looking for ways that we can do better around our office and grounds:
We’ve almost completed the switch from normal light bulbs to LED bulbs throughout
We’re using green energy throughout the building
We have 6 EV charging units for staff to use
We don’t send any waste at all to landfill - it’s all either recycled or sent to the Waste to Energy facility in Devonport
We’re sourcing more and more stationery and office supplies locally.
All paper that we use is FSC accredited and sourced from sustainable sources.
We’re committed to driving down our carbon footprint every year.
Community
We have always believed in putting a lot back into the community that we call home, regularly donating to local organisations and charities. For the last three years, we have worked with Barnardo’s to provide incredible young careers throughout Plymouth with fantastic Christmas presents, Easter eggs and other gifts during the year. We also work with charities looking after women who are victims of domestic violence and support families who are struggling with the cost of living.
Our ‘Random Acts of Kindness’ concept encourages staff to nominate small charities of their choice to receive donations throughout the year. And if any of our staff have children or grandchildren, we’re always happy to lend some financial support to their sports teams.
Last but by no means least, we have a tradition of sponsoring the largest events in Plymouth and the surrounding area, all of which raise huge sums for many deserving charities. We’ll be announcing the next event we’re supporting soon - stay tuned!
