Anne Shears, Head of the Family team had this to say about the team and the work that they do:

The Family Law team at Nash & Co Solicitors acts for a diverse range of clients, including private individuals, couples, and families, at what is often described as the most stressful and upsetting time of their lives.

Every day, our team is involved in advising on intricate financial arrangements in divorce cases, drafting child custody agreements, and representing clients in court for domestic abuse protection orders. This wide range of cases presents both challenges and rewards, fostering not only my own professional growth but also that of my colleagues.

In Family Law, we know that every client’s situation is unique, and the challenges they face can change quickly. We focus on being flexible, empathetic and supportive, always ready to adjust our approach to fit the individual needs of the families we work with. Families continue to face a wide range of challenges, from financial disputes to custody arrangements. As a team, it’s vital that our clients understand that we are there to support them and that we’ll provide consistent and reliable advice, aimed at helping them address the challenges and move on with the rest of their lives.
